Here’s a list of data that I’m creating everyday and the insights from which I’m handing over for free to tech companies:

• Items I purchase like contact lenses, food, and household items

• Entertainment consumption: genres, viewing time, searches, and types of content

• Notes I write about work, family, friends, hobbies, or dreams

• Posts, replies, shares, and comments on all social media posts that show how I write, what I think, and topics I’m interested in or passionate about

• The content of my emails, who I send to and receive from, writing style, contacts, subject lines, any data in my signature

• What I search for in browsers; containing data related to work, interests, family, friends, and hobbies

• My finances, net worth, transactions, and assets

• Steps taken, calories burned, heart rate variability, sleep quality, sleep duration
